About the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Free Republic of Verdis is the ministry responsible for carrying out foreign policy, interests and international relations of the Free Republic of Verdis. It is also responsible for protecting the rights and interests of citizens overseas including providing consular assistance, and responding to international issues that may affect the Free Republic of Verdis or its citizens.

Visa applications are temporarily closed as a result of the illegal blockade imposed by Croatia since October 2023. You can however still apply for e-Residency and access Verdis’ digital services.

The Free Republic of Verdis is located between Croatia and Serbia, around 10km north of Aljmas, Croatia, and 10km south of Apatin, Serbia. The Free Republic of Verdis shares a land border with the Republic of Croatia, and a river border with the Republic of Serbia.
